Essential storage

Footalara uses browser storage for language, daily game progress, active sessions, completed levels, Coach authentication and privacy preferences. This storage is necessary for the game or account features you request. Registered sessions use an opaque per-device token; the server stores only its hash.

Google Analytics on the website

Google Analytics is optional. Footalara loads it only after you allow analytics in the site's analytics preferences. It measures aggregate page usage, device categories, traffic sources and game engagement. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics. You can reject or change this choice with the Analytics control in the footer.

Google AdSense on the website

Some published football guides may display Google AdSense advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, measure performance, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalize advertising. Google's privacy message manages advertising purposes and partners separately from Footalara's analytics preferences. Accepting analytics never grants advertising consent.

Advertising requests remain paused while consent is unknown, while you change it, or if the consent service fails. Where the European consent message applies, requests also stay paused when you reject the necessary advertising storage or Google as a vendor. A partial choice is passed to Google unchanged; it is never converted into permission for every purpose. Where Google confirms that European consent does not apply, eligible guides may request ads subject to Google's applicable rules.

Website consent choices

Use Privacy & cookie settings in the footer to reopen Google's advertising message where it applies. Opening this control immediately pauses advertising while you make a new choice. On pages without ads, Google services are loaded for this control only when you ask to open it; advertising requests stay paused on those pages. If the message cannot load, the website shows a retry option and keeps advertising paused.

Use the separate Analytics control to accept, reject or change website analytics. Essential first-party storage remains active for requested game progress, privacy preferences and account security. Neither consent choice is required to play the games.

Browser controls

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may reset game progress, Coach points stored for this browser or saved game state. Removing an optional consent choice causes the website to ask again where that choice is needed. To stop optional processing on this device, reject it through the relevant preferences; you can also remove cookies already stored through your browser.
